Our fee for an initial consultation is a flat fee of $200.00, and the time-frame for an initial consultation is up to one hour.  Twenty-Five dollars ($25.00) of the $200.00 consultation fee is due as a non-refundable deposit when the consultation appointment is made.  This non-refundable deposit will save that time-slot for you. 

We have a consultation fee because we spend a reasonable amount of time to prepare for the initial consultation by reviewing the relevant law in the area of your concern.  We also set aside that time to concentrate on YOU and YOUR discussion, which means that we are not free to pursue any other activity during that time.​
