An essential part of estate and disability planning is deciding who should serve as an Agent, Trustee, Executor, and successors for each of these.  This may be a difficult decision for individuals who are not sure who to name.  

Our attorneys are capable as acting as Agent under a Power of Attorney, Guardian or Conservator for Incapacitated Adults, Trustee under a Trust, or Executor of an Estate. 

We will not recommend ourselves to act as a fiduciary.  We may, however, be willing to act if asked by a client or another attorney.

Before we will agree to be named as a fiduciary, we will fully disclose all fees associated with acting as a fiduciary.
